Shipping and Return

SHIPPING:


  • Your order will be delivered in a secure, durable double box designed for mail orders.
  • We exclusively partner with private courier companies to deliver your custom neon sign. Depending on your location, we utilise DHL, FedEx, or UPS services, selecting the most efficient shipping company to ensure your product's prompt and safe arrival.
  • Upon request, we can provide a Tracking Number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your neon sign and schedule delivery. 
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an online tracking number via email. 
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as orders will only be shipped to the address provided in your account.
  • A phone number is required so the shipping company can contact you and arrange delivery once your package is en route. Your neon sign is on its way!

CUSTOM DUTIES/IMPORT FEES:


  • Customers are responsible for customs duties or import fees incurred while shipping neon signs. While we endeavour to minimize additional charges for our global customers, we can provide an estimate based on our experience. However, please note that we have no control over these fees. 
  • Customers assume total liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, and resend shipment costs if they refuse delivery due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Delivery Standard excludes the day of posting and time spent on customs clearance.


TRACKING:


All international customers will receive an online tracking number to monitor the delivery status after dispatching parcels. Please ensure that your email address is correct to receive your tracking number.


RETURNS:


Oasis Neon Signs accepts returns and issues refunds for faulty products only. We make every effort to resolve any issues. We may offer to fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product, depending on the source of the fault. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the product cost and shipping, is determined on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Oasis Neon Signs.


  • All sales of custom neon signs are final. Custom neon signs are individually crafted and made to the precise specifications and preferences of the buyer. As such, no moulding is involved; each neon sign is hand-bent, resulting in a unique piece. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are possible once the mock-up is approved and the order is paid. We invest significant time, energy, and expertise in creating your unique custom neon sign.
  • Please note that light colours may vary and are not contractual. We can provide images of the chosen colours upon request.

REPLACEMENT:


  • Have you received a broken neon sign? We've got you covered. Within 20 days of receipt, please send us pictures of all four sides of the package and images of the damaged parts. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and simultaneously remake and deliver your neon sign.
